The grounds of Twigley Farm and Linning’s House are available for festive location hire. Country gardens and elegant interiors provide the perfect setting for Christmas family portraits, holiday lifestyle shoots, and seasonal editorials.

Available for last-minute bookings in November & December – ideal for photographers looking to capture the magic of the season!

    Linning's House

    Our beautifully restored Queenslander offers timeless character and soft natural light. Enjoy full access to the interiors, wraparound verandah, gardens, swing, and fig trees. Decorate the space to create a festive Christmas setting, perfect for family and lifestyle photoshoots!

    Available 7 days a week - You can have unlimited number of clients during your session.

    Weekdays
    - $150 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
    - Additional hours: $100 per hour

    Weekends
    - $200 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
    - Additional hours: $100 per hour

    Full Day Hire (9 hours – 8am to 5pm)
    - Weekday: $850
    - Weekend: $1,000

    Farmland

    Wide open spaces, tall grass, and the 200m dam make Farmlands perfect for fun, outdoor family Christmas photoshoots. Capture children playing, families walking by the water, or golden-hour portraits with a festive seasonal backdrop.

    Available 7 days a week

    $150 per hour – You can include up to 4 client bookings during your session (usual sessions only include 1 client).

    2 photographers maximum per hour in this location.

    Hay Shed

    Step into rustic charm with our heritage Hay Shed — complete with weathered timber posts, tin walls, and jasmine-covered exteriors. Decorate the space for a festive, family-friendly Christmas setting, perfect for seasonal portraits and holiday photoshoots!

    $90 per hour – You can include up to 4 client bookings during your session (usual sessions only include 1 client).

    1 photographer maximum per hour in this location.

    Conservatory

    Checkerboard floors, lush green walls, and sweeping countryside views make this bright glasshouse-style space perfect for family and lifestyle Christmas photoshoots. Decorate the space to create a festive holiday setting for your clients!

    Available 7 days a week

    $90 per hour – You can include up to 4 client bookings during your session (usual sessions only include 1 client).

    1 photographer maximum per hour in this location.

  • Simply get in touch via the booking form and we’ll be happy to get you started! To confirm your time and date, a payment is required within 48 hours.

  • You will receive a credit and can book for a later date.

    Reschedules are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    Only one reschedule is permitted.

  • No, each booking is for one shoot only. Multiple groups are not permitted within a single booking. If you have booked one of our Photographer Days, multiple clients are permitted.

  • Yes, large groups are allowed. However, you must inform us of the number of adults, children, and vehicles in your group.

  • While the property is generally safe, there are potential hazards such as a large dam, electric fencing, large farm animals, and wildlife (including snakes). Children must be supervised at all times.

  • You are welcome to pet the animals through the fence. If you wish to include them in your shoot, you must notify us in advance, and an additional fee will apply. Entry into animal paddocks is strictly prohibited without supervision.

  • Furniture cannot be moved without prior agreement and owner supervision.

  • Yes, pets are allowed but must be leashed at all times. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

  • We understand that accidents happen. As a Twigley guest, you agree to cover any costs of damages that occur during your booking as agreed in our Terms and Conditions.

  • We accept credit card and funds transfer.

  • If the booking has already been paid for please email our team hello@twigleyfarm.com and reference your booking information and the amount of hours you would like to extend by – our team will then send you an invoice for these extra hours.
